JFK - 40 years on

Today is the 40th anniversary of JFK's assassination in Dallas. There seems to be a lot less fanfare than there was at the 25th and 30th anniversary, which I both remember very well (25th - first time I saw the Zapruder film. 30th - whole night of programmes on BBC2 which a room full of us watched at Uni).

So, do you believe the "lone gunman" theory, or do you go with one of the conspiracies?

I really enjoy discussing all the conspiracies. I'm not sure which one is true, but I don't think the "lone gunman" theory has any credibility at all. Furthermore, don't you think that the murder of a President would result in at least one conviction in the forty years since it happened, wouldn't you?

It is all very well saying that Oswald was part of the plot, but to dismiss the possibility of a second gunman (which is what the Zapruder film proves, at the very least) is foolish in the extreme.
