I am new here too. I am a 40 year old American christian who plays the indian bansuri (wood flute) and writes worship songs here in the Detroit area. I am interested at some point in the possibility of creating Christian media that feels familiar to indian culture, using some of the same traditional sounds that are deeply embedded in their culture of celebration. This feels like more than a chance encounter because I just registered and this was the first post I saw.
