Last night I was all alone
And Satan snook in
Through the back door
I never heard or saw him
Because I was out.

And before I knew it
I was Lying on the floor
beat black and blue
For I didn’t have my helmet
Nor a sword of light in sight
I forgot my steady sandals
To ward off the bloody fight

And as I get to know him
And his sneaky little ways
The more I see
The way he preys
Upon our mind and hearts

And God said let there be Light!
and there was Light
Amen.
 
More light from the corner of my world. hehe

Have you ever known the moments
When others overlook your worth
Reducing you to a role that you must play to
Satisfy their girth

Remember the LORD,
He saw what others missed and smiled.

And have you ever seen the day
Where the petals of trust from a vase
Spattered all over the floor
Leaving you to drown in innards of grief
where you couldn't seem to connect no more
No matter how you tried

Remember how He cried, because He saw how hard you tried.

Remember the Lord, Give Him praise for His love
Because sometimes He, in His mercy, only sees what no one else does.

Do not fear, Just Believe. By Trinity. 7/1/26

All I know for sure is life is hell
Its so unfair as we can all tell
We don't get what we want in this old world
And if we do
in the end
We're certainly gonna loose it.

And once you got a grip on this 'ole truth
Cracks in the cage will start to break loose
You start to make the best of what you got
Not expecting a lot
Yet hoping like a child
At the bottom of every chimney at Christmas.
 
Judge Not.

When despair creeps in
And we suddenly find
We have nothing exciting to live for and judge it as bad;
it certainly seems eternal.

But how do we not know
This is not just what He wants
So that we get to know and Love Him more as The Only Eternal?

He knows more than we do in his Infinite Wisdom
So by dropping the expectations we put on life to be this and that;
We make room for something else.

He's a God of surprises,
We know He will help us through
We just wait eagerly in patience knowing
He makes everything new.

Today
Again I Praise You
For Another Great Thing You have Done.

A misery cloud arrived
More fearsome than before
And it got Deeper and Darker and
Fuller of Soot
Heaviness Gloomed for a while
And hopelessness began
Helplessly Going Twirling Inward Fast
Like a lead weight I finally landed upon a brick thick gloom
Holding out my hands for Your Rescue
Because I believed!

And as Promised
Out of the blue
You helped me see
That it will pass.

You made me realise Its only a test to
Keep the faith
To Make sure I’m still awake
In order to remember You.

And the misery cloud turned into a fascinating adventure in
The Joy of Knowing You Lord and just What You Do.

Praise Be To God, Our Only Salvation.
