2 Timothy chapter 1: 4. Greatly desire to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy.

Paul recalls Timothy starting his ministry, and commitment to Jesus. Paul is in prison in Rome. Its easy to say I want to be minister and join organizations they become tied down to the board of that denominations.

That individual is bound to church system from teaching entire word of God. Holy Spirit should be leading. Not some churches hoard or quarterly packets. It ties down pastors and ministers who can't get to the meat of God's word.

1:8. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but be thou partaker of the affliction of the gospel according to the power of God.

Paul telling Timothy, let holy Spirit guide you. What matters is God's word being taught.

1:13. Hold fast the form of sound words: which thou has heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

The words of God. Trouble happens when individuals get involved in traditions of men and away from sound doctrine. They wonder why God won't listen to their prayers.

Christian people study God's word so they won't be deceived by Satan as false messiah near future.

1:16. The Lord give mercy unto house of Onesiphorus, for he refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain.

Christian people in Asia turned away from Paul. But Paul highly talks about Onesiphorus, he stayed with Paul. Paul was in prison for preaching gospel of Jesus.

1 Thessalonians chapter 5:2. For yourselves know perfectly well that day of the Lord comes as thief in the night.

Jesus returns 7th trump. Son of perdition, Satan, will arrive before Christ. There are two weddings, many people will go to wrong wedding.

5:3. For when they shall say Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon woman with child, and they shall not escape.

Children of the night will be deceived by antichrist near future. They are involved in traditions of men and false doctrine.

Peace and safety coming from the one world political system of revelation chapter 13. Is there peace and safety, ask people in Jerusalem or Ukraine.

Travail mentioned in Matthew 24 and Mark chapter 13, called labor pains. When events, and bible prophecy come closer to the 6th trump, were in 5th trump.

5:4. But ye brethren, are not in darkness, that day should over take you as thief.

Those who have seal of God won't be fooled by Satan as antichrist near future. Holy Spirit will allow you to see through darkness and lies.

5:5. Ye are children of light, and children of the day: we are not of night, nor of darkness.

Those Christian people who repent and have faith are children of light. Revelation chapter 13, the beast system is to test people, how many people studied God's word.

5:7. For they that sleep in the night, and they be drunken in the night.

Those who will be deceived by antichrist near future. Children of night are of drunken stupor. Children of light have on gospel armour of Ephesians chapter 6.

5:8. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love: and for helmet, hope of salvation.

Double witness for Ephesians chapter 6. Spiritual warfare is coming near future, Satan as antichrist. Its war of ideas,, words and concepts.

5:14. Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient towards all men.

Unruly are those who cause trouble in the congregation. Feebleminded are those who have trouble understanding.

If pastors or brethren make negative comments about you or throwing repented sins back in your face Christian did repent. Cut off fellowship and don't treat them as enemies.

Or brow beat you to get you to there standard or gossiping circle. If the pastor uses manipulation and subversive tactics, time to leave that chapel or church.

Shepherds should be teaching people to think for themselves.

Ephesians chapter 5:1. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.

Christian people are to imitate Jesus. Christian people sin and must repent. Perfect in Greek means - mature.

Christian people respect Jesus. Those who disrespect Jesus listen to false brethren. God hates false teachers.

5:4. Neither filth, nor foolish talk, nor jesting, which is not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

Jesting in Greek text means - vulgar. Christian people can find humor, but not vulgarity. Peace of mind Christian people have who study sound doctrine and keep away from false brethren.

5:6. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things come the wrath of God upon children of disobedience.

Cross Reference Ephesians chapter 2:2. Talking about reprobates, and they are following Satan. This group rejects sound doctrine and embraces traditions of men and heresy.

Huios in Greek text means - sons of disobedience. There adoptive father is Satan. Reprobates.

5:7. Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

5:11. And have no fellowship with unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

5:26. That He might sanctify and clean it with washing of water by word.

Washing your mind with God's truth. God's word will bring you under God's wisdom. False teachers will poison your mind with traditions and heresy.
